What is the best part of our commitment to “empowering you online?” You do not have to promise to work with Murray Knoll Realty to get most of the information offered on this site – with the exception of course for information you need sent to an email address. (We think it’s pretty clear why we ask you to register with us in those instances.) And, we won’t be calling you twice a week (unless you ask us to) if we do have your personal contact information.

We want you to feel supported and informed, not harassed and frustrated. So relax, browse and dig all you want. Just know that we’re here for you if you run into a snag, or need additional information.

I am in full swing into my second career — real estate sales and services. Before I obtained my license, I was a Navy Commander helping establish the new War on Terrorism Command – US Northern Command — in Colorado Springs. Making the switch to real estate was natural for me, I guess, since I worked so many years in the information technology field as a program manager and financial manager. I understand negotiating, how to get the best economic results, and I am very adept at using the technologies that support effective communications among buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, appraisers and all the other contributors to a successful real estate transaction. My greatest pleasure in this business is seeing everyone walk away from the closing table totally delighted with the results.

I am a Certified Distress Property Expert (CDPE), which I believe is essential in today's market for buyers interested in distressed properties and for sellers who are on the verge of foreclosure.  Knowing how to market and sell a short sale can save a person's credit and allow them to move on with their lives.

I have two great boys, who both attend District 20 schools, and wife to a retired Navy helicopter pilot turned commercial pilot.

Ann Knoll

As a young adult, I decided to make “ends meet” by getting a real estate license. Later I pursued a corporate career in big ticket sales. There I “cut my teeth” on tough contract negotiations, an experience that helps me navigate through my client’s real estate offers. I’ve dabbled in decorating most of my life and when leaving the corporate “rat race” decided to combine decorating and real estate. It’s a natural fit. I can stage properties so they sell faster. I can show future sellers how to most cost-effectively update to get the best price at the least cost, and I can spot a sound, well-priced home behind any cosmetic fixes. I’ve bought and sold more than 25 properties of my own, so I guess I’ve seen it all. My clients say that I am very effective at what I do, but also fun to work with.

I am a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNER) which is essential in this business.  Understanding the different negotiation styles and personality types are critical to a successful transaction for all parties.

Ken and I enjoy a wonderful, combined family of 8 children and 8 grandchildren.
