Academy District 20 Homes increase in average price

We watch the District 20 market closely because we live in District 20 and feel that it is the most stable neighborhood in the City.  For the month of August the number of sales increased 10% over August of 2008.  The average sales price increased 2% over August 2008 and 20% over July 2009.  Median sales price dropped 7% from August 2008 and 3% from July 2009.  We post the statistics for Colorado Springs and Academy District 20 when the information is made available from the MLS at http://www.ourdistrict20homes.com/COS_Market_Update/page_2115060.html
